potential customers will need to contact us before a transaction can take place.

This is to make sure that they are aware of the extra charges that will need to be paid (to customs in their own country) before the globe can be delivered.

This usually adds around 20% to the sales price, also processing by customs can cause a slight delay.

We can then usually offer free shipping!

But only when we are absolutely sure that the customer is aware of (and willing to pay) the extra charges mentioned above.
