Shipping and delivery:
 
 
 

Within the UK shipping is free for 20, 30 and 40cm Moon globes.

Delivery is usually the next working day after the globe is dispatched

No, unfortunately, we currently do not ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) which came into force on the 13th December 2024.

Because the Uk is no longer part of the EU, a UK seller must now establish a representative (importer or authorized entity) within an EU country.

This can be expensive and is not viable for smaller companies and many online sellers.

UPDATE (01.01.25)

“(Reuters) – The United States is suspending a “de minimis” exemption that allowed low-value commercial shipments to be shipped to the United States without facing tariffs, the White House said on Wednesday.
Under an executive order signed by President Donald Trump, packages valued at or under $800 sent to the U.S. outside of the international postal network will now face “all applicable duties” starting on August 29, the White House said”
 
NOTE :- Due to new costs, and uncertainty over the new export charges and systems (soon to be introduced), we are no longer selling globes to the USA.

Potential customers will need to contact us before a transaction can take place.

This is so that we can check the current shipping rates, and add the shipping price to allow the transaction to be completed.

International shipping rates can be quite dynamic and often fluctuate due to world events.
